BCTV Celebrates Branford!

BCTV accepts programs from residents of the Town of Branford, as well as employees who work in Branford. Additionally, BCTV does accept programs from producers within the seven (7) town Comcast system in South Central Connecticut, which includes the towns of Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Madison, North Branford, North Haven and Wallingford.
BCTV accepts programs from producers outside the area if the producer has an
"in-franchise" sponsor. Sometimes, depending on the program, BCTV itself may choose (at its sole discretion) to act as a sponsor of a program submitted from outside the franchise area.
Programs are accepted in VHS, S-VHS, Mini-DV, DVD-R or MPEG-2 formats. DVD's must NOT have "chapters." DVD's submitted should be on "DVD-R" discs. All programs must have program title and exact time to the second (examples: "59 minutes, 25 seonds" or ":00:59:25"). All programs must be accompanied by an "BCTV Cablecast Release Form."
